The Prahran Transformation.
This project involved a full interior renovation, including a new vaulted ceiling, a custom birch-ply kitchen with stone benchtops, updated flooring, fresh plastering throughout, new lighting, and a glass-roof shower.
The Prahran transformation demonstrates our ability to modernise older Melbourne homes through thoughtful design, functional layouts, and quality workmanship — delivering a cohesive, light-filled living space tailored to modern living.

The Bannockburn Extension.
This Bannockburn extension was built as a self-contained addition featuring high raked ceilings supported by LVL rafters on a centred load-bearing wall. The ceiling height brings plenty of natural light into the space, with new blockwork constructed to match the existing home. The project included upgraded flooring, fresh plastering, and new lighting to create a functional, modern layout that ties neatly into the original house.

The Lara Transformation.
This Lara project involved demolishing the existing rear section of the home and constructing a new extension as part of a full internal renovation. The entire Colorbond roof was replaced and tied into the new structure, with a new kitchen built within the extension and fitted with sliding doors opening to the pool area.
Additional works included the construction of a new brick double car garage to the side of the house, new flooring, fresh plastering, upgraded lighting, and front façade upgrades featuring rendered brickwork, timber gables, a new front timber door, and a new porch and deck.
