The Belmont Decking.
This Belmont project involved replacing a small, dated deck with a new hardwood outdoor living space designed for everyday family use. The works included demolition of the existing platform, installation of treated structural framing, and laying of 140mm Merbau decking, fixed using stainless steel screws for long-term durability.
Custom feature steps were constructed to create a seamless transition from the home to the yard, resulting in a functional, low-maintenance entertaining area that enhances both usability and outdoor connection.
